It is not loopholes you dip shit. It is called the IRS tax regs. It is called deferred taxes.

Do you fucking have a 401k? If yes, you are a fucking tax dodger period! You are not paying your fair share of taxes.

Do you even know why it is called a 401k? That is the section and paragraph of the fucking tax code. Trump is simply using other sections and paragraphs of the tax code to defer taxes similar to the 401k tax deferment. For example, have you ever heard of a 1031 exchange? 1031 is a section of the tax code. That is just one of the sections. There are many more applicable to CRE investors. CRE investors utilize 1031s as well as many other sections of the tax code all day everyday.

I guess you are pissed off about this tax dodger. This is what dodging taxes looks like. This is not deferring taxes. This is an example of not paying someone's fair share.

Biden is clearly a tax dodger!

I will be waiting for your post expressing your anger wrt Biden dodging taxes.

EDITORIAL: Biden used a tax loophole to shave tax bill by $500K

Former Vice President Joe Biden, now the front-runner in the race for the Democratic presidential nomination, hates tax loopholes. His platform includes getting high-income Americans to pay more in taxes and eliminating write-offs used by the rich.

But it looks like a “do what I say, not what I do” kind of commitment.

As Richard Rubin of The Wall Street Journal recently reported, Mr. Biden and his wife took advantage of a tax loophole that the Obama administration unsuccessfully attempted to close, substantially lowering their tax bill.

According to the couple’s recently released tax returns, they routed their book and speech income through so-called “S corporations,” which allowed them to bypass the 3.8 percent self-employment tax that would have applied had they been compensated directly. The move — which critics of Donald Trump suggest the president has also used — saved the Bidens $500,000 in taxes on their roughly $15 million in income.

As the Journal points out, Biden has been an outspoken opponent of such loopholes since Ronald Reagan was in office, and says the uncollected tax revenue should be used, in part, to make community college free for more students or to help fight climate change.

“We don’t have to punish anybody, including the rich. But everybody should start paying their fair share a little bit,” he said during a speech in Iowa last month. “When I’m president, we’re going to have a fairer tax code.”

Per current tax law, S-corporation owners can legally avoid paying the 3.8 percent self-employment tax on their profits as long as they pay themselves “reasonable compensation” that is subject to regular payroll taxes. The IRS definition of “reasonable compensation” is a tad fuzzy, however, which led to the Bidens reporting less than $800,000 salary on their reported $13 million in combined profits.

Tax loopholes abound in the US tax code and specifically, written for billionaires by their politician buddies. In turn, the politicians get millions in campaign funds. You have to be the ultimate imbecile if you think the likes of Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg do not use tax loopholes? The charitable foundations they use probably, has multiple tax loopholes to shield their monies. Just use your brain. And that is how the game is played which is why the "tax the rich" mantra is dumb as hell. It will never happen.

I.E. All of the low-and-middle income classes will see much higher tax bills, and rich people like him will pay no tax. It's all BS. Biden is as big a liar about taxes as Trump is about everything. The USA is doomed.

Would have been better off with Bill n' Opus.

All of these honorable whiners would've loved to have paid an accountant to find the very same loopholes for them. If you're using a SEP/401k/Trad/RothIRA you're a tax dodger and should be punished according to these people.

How much tax did nancy and schumer pay? Probably right about 0 on the several million they're worth each. You probably couldn't buy a single meal at applebees with all the tax congress cumulatively paid last year.

Perhaps if the dems didn't help create a tax system with so many legal loopholes, and instead advocated for a flat tax, we wouldn't have this problem!

My guess is that Nancy, Schumer, etc paid higher returns. The tax code is complicated but it’s hard not to pay taxes if you are actually earning money and not committing TD fraud.

    read the NYT Article.

    three takeaways:
    1. He used loopholes agressively but legally
    2. He fraudulently claimed credits which he was not entitled to. He’s being audited for this right now.
3a. His businesses are failing and in desperate need of cash.
3b. He has extensive deals from Russian banks and
3c. receives significant revenues from foreign sources tied to governments that are not allies of America.

3b came from Donald Junior in an interview.

anyone whose rational can see that he’s a ripe target for Russian operatives.

it actually might explain why he didn’t push Putin on the Russian bounties. Putin controls the banks that control the loans to his business. What’s a few dead soldiers compared to his business empire failing and his reputation as an astute businessman being tarnished?

I don’t expect a deplorable to get it, someone like you should be very worried by this information.
