It's amazing how easily Americans accept subsidizing the wealthy lifestyles of guys liked Trump. He should be paying substantial taxes period. How is it you have a record federal debt and a soaring stock market and yet somehow he's free of any sizeable income tax burden ?

Guess what? Most private CRE investors pay virtually $0 in taxes annually. That is why CRE is such an attractive investment vehicle. It is easy to defer taxes.

In fact, Trump is a multibillionaire, worth $2.5 billion, by our count. His portfolio, which includes commercial buildings, golf properties and branding businesses, is worth an estimated $3.66 billion before debt. The president has a fair amount of leverage—adding up to a roughly $1.13 billion—but not enough to drag his net worth below a billion dollars.

  6. Using loopholes to avoid paying taxes; makes him a tax dodger period. Not paying his fair share of taxes, means less money for schools, defense, healthcare, roads and bridges. So, he is not only a draft dodger now, he is a tax dodger too!:sneaky:

No, it really doesn't. So called "loopholes" enable the economy to grow bigger, create more jobs and collect more taxes in the long run. You should understand this stuff if you trade. Have you ever even taken an economics course or read the wealth of nations?
