How Much Are Your Costs Per Share

    i wouldn't be concerned about the .001. if they pass a transaction tax. for some of you mcdonald's will be the obvious choice.


    i wouldn't worry about paying an extra .001
    when u might have numbers like above multiplied 5 or 10 fold. or perhaps 50 fold.
    if you trade 25million worth of securities day or 800,000 share/day your cost /day would be typically $25000/ day from the transaction tax + $3200 in commissions = 28200. your commission would rise to .03125 / share instead of the .005 u are use to paying.

  2. I'm being offered $0.005 per share initially, $0.01 round turn, plus 85% payout. I am told that after a few months it would be lowered to $0.004 or $0.003 per share, with a payout slightly higher than 85%.

    Is this reasonable for a new prop firm trader????

    where can I read what is run around % , payout % ? .. I am not into US markets , but would like to understand the brokerage and fess structure .

    Any links to understand these terms ?
