  1. Most ET readers are renters, real estate has never touched their lives living in vans, rented roofs and occupying public land.

    Renters average net worth is around $ 4800 while a homeowners is $ 184,000 in the US.

  4. Well, now that I think about it, I myself have a pretty sweet ride. Some of you may have heard of it, its a Schwinn. Yeah, I may be a HUGE hedgefun manager but I ride a bike to work. It has some rainbow tassles of the handlebars to cheer me up on days like today :(
