...and does anyone have "The Bible of Options Strategies: The Definitive Guide for Practical Trading Strategies" http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0131710664/ref=pd_ecc_rvi_cart_1/103-7533200-9985457?n=283155
Save your money. You will learn little of use from this volume IMHO. It is merely a catalog of strategy names with basic details and lots of filler. Besides, the majority of the book (the strategies) is online in an interactive format: http://liffe.optioneasy.com/ You'll need to register but you can use dummy information (create a dummy e-mail account to receive the login info). The point is, and this probably won't sink in until you've been at it a little while, once you have a view on price, volatility, skew, time etc. for your particular target stock/index you can construct combinations of long and short options at various strikes and various months to tailor a position exactly according to your needs. The position/strategy may not have a "name" that you will find in a book necessarily. Good luck. MoMoney.
