I mean WOW, it's apparent you have ZERO patience or tolerance ! (You trade for a living ?.... yikes.... no patience has ruined many a trader !) Just reboot and configure it for AUTOMATIC mode....do NOT use DEFENDER MODE. To configure it properly, you must first turn it off/shut it down, start-up all of the apps you'd like to control, restart Priority Master and add the programs with their priorities to the menus. That's it. 15 minutes "investment" in time.
Any details please ? I'd like to resolve this ASAP. A small change in the set-up/configuration makes a huge difference. Note: I just discovered this program has several software PATENTS behind it.
Switching to standalone has helped. I've only had two freezes in the past 2 weeks or so with the standalone version and each time was after i hit refresh on the charts. Hitting refresh on the charts have caused TWS to freeze on me more than anything else now that I think about it. I'm still on Java 1.5. Has Java 1.6 improved TWS performance?
