  4. stoli, tequila, jaegermeister, or wine. sometimes less, but usually just more.

I quit smoking weed since getting busted isn't on my agenda, so it's a just a substitute poison.

I am in the process of stopping drinking.

I used to drink a lot, almost everyday and in big quantities( more than 1 bottle a day for sure ). Since last year, I have reduced tremendously along with practicing sport everyday and focusing on more adult stuff ( I'm 27 ).

I only drink once a month now but every time alcohol is involved, there's some kind of tragedy happening. Fights, drunk driving, girls harassing ( my friends calls it the Aden Gulf accosting ). I'm a persona non grata in several of my hometown clubs. I can't drink anymore. Too much danger involved in the night life, plus I am depressed for 3 days afterward.

Life is better without alcohol or any substance for that matter. When you are healthy, do sport everyday, don't smoke, don't drink, don't do drugs, there's simply nothing to worry about in life. Lately I haven't drunk in a month and I have reached a piece of mind I hadn't experienced since childhood, just focusing on trading and sport . I am progressing a lot in both lately.

I know some people can keep it under control but for addictive types like me the sober life is definitely worth a try.
