Hi, I would like to know what do you think about following and trading just 1 stock? In this case, I would know the nature of this stock and its trend very well. Or, should I use a scanner and only trade stocks that have high momentum at that time? With this strategy, I don't have to wait for the trend to happen, but start to trade the trend right away. FYI-I like to day trade. Which of the 2 strategies would you suggest?

trade stocks you know well and are comfortable with. during the day, i scan mainly 9 stocks and after hours, i scan through a stable of 38 stocks; and look for setups for the next day.
