how many of you knew the S&P had been around since 1825?

    Interesting to note that the S&P was up 60% in 1933 and 50% in 1935 and 40% in 1936

    As S&P was founded by Henry Varnum Poor in 1860, the S&P 500 being around from 1825 is truly amazing! :D
