CNN, whose poll has lagged considerably behind other polling outfits in gauging Obama's unpopularity has released a survey that shows the president tanking with 42% approval rating:

Despite a long history of American voters choosing to re-elect its Chief Executive, Obama only gets 38% of likely voters to agree that he deserves re-election, while 44% say they will definitely vote against him — and another 13% say they’re considering doing the same:

That's:

1. Die hard Leftists, Progressives, Democrats... voting THAT ticket, regardless

2. The "Racist Vote"... Hispanics (as Obama and the Left curry the Hispanic vote over the illegal immigrant issue) and Blacks.. who will vote for Obama and the Left, regardless...

So... "38% MINDLESS" voters... If you can't vote with any more credibility than that, you shouldn't be allowed to vote.
