How long would it take you to explain your system to someone?

  1. I use an intraday method consisting of a complex series of "stacked" thermodynamic and linear differential equations on five different time frames, which must coincide with the correct Wicken moon phase in order for a signal to be taken. There, that's it.

I'm patiently waiting for a signal. Its been three years.

  4. Right on. If you 5 years old cannot understand it, it's too complicated. :D

As long as it takes you to read this...
    Buy when Price stops falling.
    Sell when Price stops rising.

it all depends....the winning system would take years to explain; the losing system which is the one I employ most of the time would take 1 sentence ....:D

  9. About thrity seconds. I'll even share it with ET, FWIW.

Most of the time play tight to the vest, watch your risk closely and try to make enough to cover the overhead and live well. When you find an edge -- an arb or a quasi-arb -- pile it on, hit it with everything you've got, gear it up, borrow money to play it ... and keep doing that until the arb goes away, which always happens.

Then spend your time looking for the next one.

    That's it. No secret really.
