Here is ABC's front page reporting on it: http://abcnews.go.com/US/aurora-col...es-phd-student/story?id=16817842#.UAmfGKCZiSo
I just have to correct you Max, set the record strait: The man's name is "Stephanopoulos"; Please make a note of that... No wonder Greece is bankrupt... their names are just too long, they can't afford them any more
So what? I was referring to Max's completely on point call on the 1st page of the thread. Instead of trying to figure out what happened and why, these dicks are trying to find evidence that the shooter is part of the tea party. lol oh and just throwing this 'possibility' out there.. ON AIR. What fucking losers. Apparently this type of baseless accusation works as well. Look at your buddy futurecurrents post right here: http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=246294&perpage=6&pagenumber=2
Have you considered the source of this killer's obvious de-sensitization? Perhaps it was born of the very kind of movies he decided to murder so many at. Perhaps he played violent video games as a child between watching violent movies. For someone to kill at that level that hasn't seen battle in war or grown up in gangland there must be something other than the gun he owned at play. I see calls for tighter gun laws, but no calls to turn down the rampant violence foisted on children non-stop, day after day through television and video games. Do you call for that as well as weapon confiscation?
I was in a political blog this morning, and was actually heartened to see posts from both sides saying that we all hoped this wouldn't turn immediately into a right or left thing. I guess the operative word is 'was' in this case. There are crazy people, what else is there to say?
