just a suggestion, but I like to verify what I’ve read by re-googling the same thing again and making sure that the results are still the same. This approach provides a high level of assurance and means that you can trust what you read. I also recommend reading with one eye shut, then swapping eyes and re-reading - that way you make sure both hemispheres of your brain have been fully engaged.
well, not really, food has to pass through the stomach and other places before they get to the intestines...
It all comes down to physics. A human body simply cannot carry a volume of 1-mile of intestines in the body. Sheesh. This is the stupidest thread that ever deserved to be closed.
If our intestines where fully expanded then our bodies couldn't, but our intestines stretch and expand to whatever clump of food we have in our systems. So yes, 1 mile long is a reasonable fact. And this thread is also not stupid, otherwise it would mean that I am stupid for making it. Well, I might be stupid to the fact that I don't know how long our intestines are, but I am definitely not stupid when it comes to other areas of thinking.
It's from WebMD you maroon. Why don't you just call up your local doctor or university biology professor and ask them how long the intestines are in a human? The FACk is wrong with you. If you won't believe the science, and you won't believe a thousand years of biology with a fucking ruler, then how about a movie? Do you see a mile of the guy's intestines pouring out? NO. Sheesh.
But dude, that was a movie. Since you think our intestines are 25 feet and I think it's a mile, why don't you say we meet in the middle and make it half a mile? I am trying my best to be very reasonable here. Nobody is going to know for sure unless someone rips out their intestines and takes a tape measure to measure it.
So you think in all of human biological science, nobody has actually done that with a cadaver at medical school. Really. You got me, I have to give you credit. You got me thinking you were that much of a moron. Jesus I am so gullible to think that you could be that stupid. Good one!
