All flu symtoms gone, lasted about 12-13 days.Taste about 20% back.Doctor said I should stay quarantined for 2-3 weeks after last symtoms disappear. He's hoping he can get me a test by than. 100.00 a night hotel.Door Dash once or twice a day.Instacart twice a week.Corona is expensive.
Keep every receipt... everything. There might be an angle with your insurance. All your doctor has to say is that he ordered you to quarantine, test or not. Just expenses though, not lost income.
Oh and just for the record... if it were Freddie or H4M... I'd be right there with ya wishing them the best. Because Freddie and H4 are real people. Both contribute more than political bs here. But exgop'r and Tony... it makes absolutely zero sense to dole out best wishes to entities, even if the current manifestation of @Tony Stark is a real person eating Popeyes and posting from a hotel somewhere. You shouldn't call people names for no reason. Karma's a bitch.
I agree with you there has been more than one personality behind a couple of the nicks of our resident Leftists. One guy goes on vacation, another fills in. I remember answering an Craigslist.org ad for an "Activism Job" quite a few years ago. It payed relatively decently for a job targeted to students. I went to an interview and was not impressed. Their goals were not well defined and there was no accountability. In addition, I wondered where their funding was coming from. Now I suspect the funding is from Soros, political contributions, grants, and directly or indirectly, taxes. There is a decent chance that ET has a poster or two who has one of these activism jobs whose job description is blogging here and other social media. I worked as a signature gatherer for free on a clean up Hanford (Plutonium producing reactor site in Washington State) petition, but when I finally read it beyond the summary, the petition basically proposed to transfer environmental contamination liability from the US Government and defense contractors to the taxpayers of Washington State. Upon realizing this, I immediately stopped gathering signatures. WA taxpayers are on the hook for Tens of billions of dollars worth of someone else's responsibility. They say one thing and mean another. Where have we heard that on before? Had the people of WA been aware of what the petition really ment, they would not have approved it. So we get hit with the Coronavirus and like the Media trained Pavlovs dogs that are businesses nowadays, they offer to give away free stuff. The Communist mentality is now entrenched in businesses, much less the general population, especially younger folks. The Leftists are well organized in propaganda, but not much else, unfortunately. Notice how little they talk about real issues, preferring their "Orange Man Bad" narrative? It is inevitable the US will beome a Communistic Society. Innovation and productivity will suffer and as history has shown, after a generation or two of adoption, the host country goes into a Dark Ages. Other than a handful at the top, everyone else suffers equally, with no prospects to better their lives. Most people I've talked to who were originally from a Communist country say we are crazy to consider going the Communist route. I asked you to "Defend your position" because you came on quite strong, seemingly going beyond the status quo as I perceive it here. To paraphrase R Lee Earmy, we are all fucking human beings and some of ET posters I can relate to because of my prior efforts to move the world to the Left. Some of the posters here may be students, political scientists, journalists, or cave dwellers, etc., and do not deserve ill will because of their sincerely held beliefs, misinformed as they may be. They are not evil and should be treated respectfully. Another reason to defend your position is to show you are truly willing to make some effort beyond complaining, especially given the stakes. Well, are you? Democracy is great for those who can keep it. Keeping it requires those who know better, to get off their asses and defend it, Sir Vanzandt.
Here4Money a real person? He is Putin's son-in-law, as far I know. Ok, a little strong. Just a little. For reference, do a search on the name "Putin" in Here4Money's posts. Not that liking Putin is a crime. I respect him myself and wish the US could get a leader 1/10th as focused as Putin is.
