England has no natural reserves. Why is their currency so strong then? Many countries in Africa have tons of natural reserves, yet their economy is in turmoil. China also has lots of natural reserves.
That seems to be the opinion of a majority of people and they are great points. I'm always hearing people rant about how the US should go back to a manufacturing based economy and how it will fix things in this country and that is fine but they fail to realize some important things. Do they realize what standard of living a manufacturing based economy has ?? China's economy is just that. How many of you would like to live in the shoes of a typical Chinese worker ? Think about that for a second.
