like when Chevron came out and said that it expected to do much better in the 3rd quarter, how is that news disseminated? I see that news on my news feed, but how exactly is the company releasing that information? Do they send an email to the news places? Do they give a press conference? If so where is it usually? Just kinda curious to the process of how news gets released?
