How I’m making 17% divs annually and lowered risk to zero.

  1. Dividend stocks can seem nice pleasant, but they are not exactly completely risk free money.

If they were, the entire world would be doing it. Everything out there is already priced accordingly to the risk versus reward spectrum. Place your bets that suits your tastes and understanding.

  2. I’m recommending only ONE stock AGNC. The reason because it was stable by divs payment during 6 years !
That worked for me, so far.
Besides general negatives, do you have any points agains AGNC and/or my strategy.
If yes, be my guest, besides general BS.
    Two factor should be considered:
Stable divs payments with no value changes for long period.
Strategy to keep right average price.
You should follow your strategy for relatively long period.
    As simple as that :)

  3. Everything is rainbows and unicorns until the underlying tanks.

  4. Stop BS, make your point. Where I’m wrong. I’ll be more than thankful to you to show why I’m so naive to waist my money.
If you don’t trust it, OK don’t get you divs, keep your Status Quo.

  9. Dude, this is not growing stock. It will flow up and down. Your strategy to be in average range.
    My personal experience $8-$9.
Goal to have pay off your money paid completely and get monthly dividends with no risk for YOUR money !

Did you check out the TotalRealReturns website? It shows that total annual return (price appreciation + dividends) of AGNC, since 2020-01-01, is only 5.7% per year.
