  1. No reason to short the chip-index unless it trades below 36.50

Until then, it can easily rally to new highs with the likes of AMAT, INTC, and TXN leading the way.

    I concure.:D

Inside day today on the SMH. (inside low that is). Good support for a rally tommorow to 29.00. (more like 28.30-28.60).

This is an excellent post by Mvic. And this makes me happy that I hung around here, and started a thread like this. The reason is that I'm inclined to agree with Mvic's statement. I'm lukewarm bearish again (after a single day), and I have Mvic to thank.

Mvic, your analysis is correct, and I thank you for hanging around this thread, and giving this insight.

    Now go Yankees!

excellent call so far Pabst. But then again, you got the luck of the cubbies on your side. Looks like there's a world series in your future.

  8. Regardless of the accuracy of Pabst's most recent call, his posts around ET certainly indicate an excellent breadth and depth of knowledge.

  9. INTC's announcement that its new processor, the Prescott will not come out till Q-1 of 2004 in full force has just cratered the market!
