How hard is it to predict a bottom?

Predict a bottom -in a bear market???;
same principle;
as a bull market making new highs-fairly easy to call ''a bottom''.

THE Bear market bottom,as your data shows,only in hindsight is THE bottom called ;
or THE top in a bull market, same way
