The bodycam videos released this week and kept from the public on purpose shows that guys wasn't 'killed'.
That is what is being said by all here..there was no need for 8 minutes of a knee driven into the guys neck. If he is subdued and handcuffed there is no immediate threat to life or property. If the cop is upset the suspect will not get in the car, it is not a death sentence. If they feel he is on a substance, there are ways to deal with that. Killing him is not listed as an appropriate penalty for any of that and if it was a white guy they most likely would have called an EMT and done more than pin him down for 8 minutes. In addition to some bias on the part of some cops is lackulster bullshit training. The fact that the government puts gun toting people with loose limits on how they can violate Constitutional rights is alarming. If you are bored one day pick a large city area and research how many cases of criminals and innocent alike are thrown out because cops did not follow Constitutional procedure with Miranda rights, Search and Siezure, illegally obtained confessions, etc... There is no oversight unless it gets pushed to a higher court and I guarantee that is a small % that make it up to an appeals court.
He just magically died in thin air.....when a doctor can say that him being pinned for 8 minutes with a knee on his neck where blood flow and air are required did not contribute to his death, then we can say he was not killed. Pssst... no doctor will say that but many cops and whites will.
If you had watched the videos of what happened prior to what was made public you would know Floyd was complaining about not being able to breathe for a long time before he was put on the floor. This could have happened because of the CCP virus or because of the fentanyl he was on. That is something for the courts to decide.
Well they did call an EMT which got there in about 8 minutes just as he was dying. So much for your race baiting remarks. If I was on city council I would vote to have a lawn chair in every cruisers trunk so if any junkie says he's claustrophobic of the back seat of a police car and wants to talk to the cops instead then the officers can pull out a lawn chair and sit the perp down to chill as long as he agrees to be cuffed hand and foot. Then I would read the Maranda Rights and let the junkie chill and say whatever he wants till an EMT shows up. So this would be "aid" first (first aid) and secondly an opportunity to charge later. Meanwhile, you are inciting violence the way you talk about killing. They were holding him per some procedure. Maybe that procedure needs to change . But it's not a racist procedure. Only race baiters would interpret it as a racist killing. Rather it was a dying that MIGHT have had something to do with the procedure , but is not yet conclusive.
If you and I get in a fight and you have bad asthma and I punch you hard in your chest and you get short of breath and then have an asthma attack and die....guess what.... I am liable for killing you. If someone claims that cannot breath yet YOU STILL DECIDE TO KNEE THEIR NECK FOR 8 MINUTES you kileld that person. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY ARGUMENT easier. How stupid is your comment....he already said he could not breath and you hear it on tape...yes and fucktard heard it yet still though he needed to knee the guy for 8 minutes? Depraved indifference. Imagine you tell me you are choking and I kick you in the throat and you die. I get to say Oh he said he was choking? How dumb is that? Putting a knee on a neck for 8 minutes is not part of any protocol and George was handcuffed and on his chest. Does not matter if blood tests show signs of drugs, the cops actions led to his deaths and he is liable for murder in some degree. You do not get to claim innocence if the victim has an issue if your actions were depraved, negligent and excessive. there is an old cliche in law that you take your victim as you find him and can only claim mitigating factors to the murder charge. But put your bullshit opinion aside that no lawyer will support... Chauvin murdered him..the only question is what degree will he be charged with. How laughable that your defense is the victim claimed he could not breath before he was kneed for 8 minutes and in your eyes that is a defense haha.... thank you for showing your ignorance and hatred.
There was no need to have a knee on h is neck for 8 minutes.. There was no procedure that called for a knee on the neck for 8 minutes when the suspect is in handcuffs and on his chest and cannot move. case closed. It is your racist view that makes you invent facts other than what I said above. Sorry you hate a white cop getting arrested....
make the arugmet that a cop should knee a man in the neck who complained they cannot breathe for 8 minutes after he is handcuffed and on his chest subdued......show me the Minn PD handbook where it says that. <crickets>
My point was that the videos clearly show Floyd was NOT intentionally murdered. But that goes against your 'everything is racist' narrative, so that fact becomes irrelevant.
No doesn't matter to me a cop gets arrested no matter what race. Rogue cops pose a danger to all races including white. Cops that don't know the law pose a danger to any race . Cops that dont know procedures pose a danger. Word is they may have followed procedure . This is something for due process to find out in court . If they did not follow procedure I would like to see them prosecuted because it affects all races including white. Only a racist would bait this procedure , or the botching of an otherwise ok procedure, into a racial issue. For five minutes I might have gone along with "black lives matter" until I realized it was racist and loaded to incite mob violence and completely divorced from anything Dr. Martin Luther King ever dreamed.
