Hi, I am located in Dubai, and good boys here seems want to take care of everything including voip (internet telephony like skype...) and i do make lot of overseas calls. Someone told me of a software which don't remember name, once you connected to internet, it starts up and automaticaly searchs all ports which are not yet blocked by local ISP. Software has pics of a guy with long nose? i tried some softwares from internet, they didn't work or i couldn't set them up manually Thanks for any input

You need to set up your own private proxy outside of Dubai, through with you tunnel all your traffic, encrypted. One possible solution http://www.vedivi.com/ but it's just a question of time if and before they block it. If you want to do it all by yourself you could start at http://openvpn.net/ and do some Google searches on tunneling, ssh, vpn. When you get something set up please let me know.
