How do you take advantage of odds

Odds that is not 50-50?

For example, the odd of mixing days are significant less than that of days both tech and broad market advance or retreat. The magnitude of the move in mixing days also tends to be smaller than average.

How do you take advantage of it and turn the odd for you?

 

I roll dice. Odd die is sell, even die is buy. I just threw snake eyes.
