  2. Sounds like really good advice. Thank you. Eventually I guess its gonna boil down to the discipline to stick with the measures taken to prevent it from ever happening again.

  7. In all seriousness,lol.

For me its lifting heavy @ the gym, having good sex ( pref. with a latina) , or doing something that I know I AM GOOD AT all/most of the time to make myself feel better.

I am only in my 2nd month of trading so take this with a grain of salt.

I had one very bad losing day. It helped me.

Now the small losses don't seem that big of a deal anymore, thus it is now easier for me to practice good stop-loss discipline.

I am not profitable yet, but at least now I know somewhat how to lose money, at least with small cash accounts. I would like to think that by having first hand experience in losing money, I can avoid losing as much of it in the future.

P.S. I didn't get upset or emotional over that bad trade (9% account value loss). Maybe because I prepared myself for the possibility that I would lose money in the beginning as part of my learning curve and decided to use it as a learning experience.

  9. Go out on a dinner date with NoDoji and listen to her shit for 3 hours. Then have breakfast with Jack Hershey.

All your losses will be forgotten. :)

  10. Don't focus in what to do to get over a big losing day. Focus in how to avoid having a big losing day.
