jog if you can,if not a bike ride ,even a mile ,in the morning or a brisk walk gets the juices flowing
Quote from zdreg: '"sometimes talking to somebody, especially a woman, will wake you up " never said the above.
Thats pretty good advice. I would throw in some iced green tea with a little bit of sugar as well, mostly because I think its delicious.
Cocaine or speed. If not up for that, consider a healthy lifestyle: 1. Sleep well in a dark room. Try to follow the circadian rhythm. Getting checked out for sleep apnea is not bad advice. 2. Eat well. I recommend Paleo or Primal Blueprint. At least eliminate processed foods and eat more organic foods. Vegatables, greens, fruits, etc. 3. Exercise. Weights are good. Intervals are good. Brisk walks are good. Just do something and use your body daily (even if only a brisk walk on rest days), but don't overdo it. If this does not help, maybe there are other issues you should consider like hormonal problems. Not sure how serious your problem is. Caffeine never did much for me and I now quit it since I had high cortisol. Strangely, I feel more awake without, but I really miss a good cup of Joe.
You're lucky. I get acutely nauseous whenever I drink GT. I can drink black tea, but cannot touch GT. I get eGCG from other sources.
Get some kick ass speakers on your computer and blast some Metallica or whatever gets you fired up. I just got one of those wavemaster movable heavy punching bags for the basement/office and that gets your heart pumping. Only problem is I totally jacked up my shoulder because it wasn't warmed up one day You could be jerking off to much that tends to make me tired.
