How do you calm down and goto sleep?

    Very true. Usually, but not as easily, meditation will get me back to sleep as well. I'm glad to get confirmation from others.

    Otherwise I just go ahead and get up and later on will feel the urge to return to sleep.

    2) Hot bath
    3) GABA - in powder form

  3. Lately, I have found this video and I applied it in to my situation. It's surprisingly worked. So that I think you also should watch it, it may help you a lot in going to sleep everyday.
