Very true. Usually, but not as easily, meditation will get me back to sleep as well. I'm glad to get confirmation from others. Otherwise I just go ahead and get up and later on will feel the urge to return to sleep.
Lately, I have found this video and I applied it in to my situation. It's surprisingly worked. So that I think you also should watch it, it may help you a lot in going to sleep everyday. 2 player games
