How Do I attach a chart stored on my Hard Disk?

Please help.

I would like to attach a chart to my post which I have stored on my HDD.

I tried everything including attach button down below and help section but I can't.

Click on reply, near the bottom of page is a box for labeled "Attach file". Type in the location on your drive, or click the browse button to explore for it.

 

I believe there is a limit on the file size. It may be too large. Try converting it to gif or jpg.

 

Aston...what type of extension of a file are you trying to attach (Example: .bmp .gif .png .jpg) ???

Also, what's the size of the chart your trying to attach ???

The size of file is only 10 KB and it is a GIF file.

I did try all of the above method but I can't make it work.

After writing the post I only previed it, not actually posted it. May be it might show up in a post only so I am going to try it. Please bear with me.

Well I was omitting the drive letter and folder name in attach file box on my HDD thinking it might show up.

This time I left it as it is and it worked.

Thank you guys. Really appreciate it.

Now I have a technical question related to markets and the chart attached and I am going to post it as a seperate thread in tech section of the board.

Again would appreciate any help there too.
