I'm a novice in commodities.. how does ICE sync with the LSE? Or, do only nymex and ice sync together? Thanks for any help...
they dont. LSE is astock exchnage by the way and nymex doesnt sync to ice. each futures exchange has there own contracts. other than cme and singapore nikkie i dont know of any other contracts settled on each exchange
isnt oil and corn traded on the nymex and ICE? that is what im wondering... or, is corn only traded on the nymex?
Corn trades on CBOT, which is now part of CME. You might want to spend some time on the exchanges websites if you have not done so already I think answers to most of your questions can be found there. Oil trades on ICE and NYMEX it is just arbitrage that keeps the WTI/CL in line. Brent is a different kind of oil.
