You could create a list with very similar items invented in the United States. Pick and choose what suits your purpose.

    *Nylon
    *Elevator
    *Airplane
*Liquid Fuel Rocket - before the V2
    *Fiberglass AND carbon fiber
    *FM Radio
    *Nuclear bombs
    *Internet
    *Telephone AND mobile phones
    *Lasers
    *LED
    *Satellite navigation

Lets not forget the Apollo program either.

GDP is the result of productivity growth(inventing stuff and things) and population growth. The US went from a small european colony to being almost the same size as the entire EU. So saying europeans dont 'invent anything' is an exaggeration but US innovation is unmatched and the europeans arent close on this. Neither is China, which had a much bigger population(and pop growth) but lagged way behind in the last 200 years

  4. it is very simple why.

the europe of now is anti immigration, xenophobic and extremely racist, thus it cannot attract brainpower like this great country of ours.

It is cerntainly no coincidence that our institutions produce nobel prize winners from all over the world, while cambridge, oxford are now merely third rate universities
