tif ($15-$51),bidu $150-$650,cof $7-$50,some huge co's up 1-2 times near all time highs even as some of there earnings 50% from all time highs. fdx $38-$96,mmm $40-$85,utx $38-$78,nke

  2. From Friday's close, PIR is a nearly an 80 bagger from the lows. And actually it was trading for at least a few weeks in the .15ish range.

SIRI was another one that was on the brink of becoming single digit penny stock and now trades over $1. GGP monster move, DAN made an insane move. DDRX from like .30 to $30.00!! Can you say k-cup anyone?? I could go on and list more, buts it a bit depressing thinking about all of these missed opportunities. Once in a lifetime.

  3. PIR, wow... $15,000 in PIR could have been worth about a million now.

  4. Imo, the "China Syndrome" is where the parabolic moves are.

HOG and a couple others are way over valued from the list, but the majority are at around fair value, and good stocks many times tend to run a little hot... right? From my experience with parabolic, day after day stocks would make repeated HUGE disgusting moves regardless of multiples 5, 10, 100 and even 1000's of times higher than fair value.

HOG actually looks to be setting up for a decent short... hmmmm :)

  6. The government is fucking up our monetary and financial system beyond anyones wildest imaginations. Were essentially becoming the USSR were no one can allocate resources properly becaue the government is becoming the financial system. After march of last year fundamentals became usless. the pricing mechanisms used to assess risk are gone. The government is trying to write a put under the entire global financial system which is completely insane.

  7. there are stories of micro(nano) penny stocks - shell companies, running over $100, and crashing the next day. GS puts had a parabolic move 2 Fridays ago.. 2cents - $22. look up NTRI - nutrisystem.

personally i don't bother following long term percentage gains anymore.. i want to see notional moves. AAPL moved about $30 in 3 days
