How can judges interpret law so differently??

Discussion in 'Politics' started by ChkitOut, Jan 27, 2011.

  1. In the liberal mind...there is no constitution and law. In the liberal's mind they can manipulate the law in whatever way they want. Just look at the case in New Jersey....the "Torch" Torricelli was out...the NJ law stipulated there should be no Dem candidate for senate...the supreme court of NJ stepped in a "reckoned the 'will of the people'"...over the top of their elected officials!

  6. I read the court paper, the ruling makes sense to me. I don't think it was a matter of interpretation but of depth.

Odd that a troll presenting a troll response is arguing for a civilized discourse.

that was the fun of arguing with you, you tried to unwind your internet foe with all sorts of rhetorical devices, including crude and indecent responses.

Now you are calling for civilized conversation. Why?

  9. Why?

Because I don't think the typical ET right wingers are capable of it. I think that they might try, but when the logic is too much for them, they revert back to their comfortable lizard brain M.O.

right, there is so much logic behind liberal positions.

Like killing babies as they are being born is humanitarian just because you call it late term.
