how can i trust my money with this broker

how could it be that i fund my account with a lot of money and i don't get any normal answer what brokers give good service?

IB there calls get disconnected they don't call back they follow up ob tickets 2/3 days after its crazy

shocking i have never had this problem with any broker. i must have used around 7-8 in the last 10 years

 

I am sorry to hear this. Been using IB for over 10 years, never such issues.

 

I haven't had that experience. Consider getting a new broker.

 

I feel like IB is always having glitches, and their customer support sucks. But it’s hard to beat their commissions.

 

Go on a chat... I think that's the best way to contact IB. Tried phone once, sucks... and tickets take time indeed, probably because they think that if it's urgent, you would use the chat.
