  1. What did I say wrong now?

(Look, I'm no less pissed than you are that Trump's chances are looking good. And I don't even live in the US.)

    Probably 300 ish

I had trained for 1year at home before being brave enough to join an old school "dungeon" gym. After a few weeks, they took a shine to me as I was a stickler on good form, so they tested me.
First time out they kept loading the bar for deads and we finally stopped on that day at 315 1 rep.

Heavy squatting definitely helped the deadlift totals as well.

    Pistols are good.

I also do a lot of stuff on the wobble board. DB curls, DB presses. Also do them one legged with eyes closed.

    40% Ab work
    40% Leg work
    20% Arms/Upper body

51 years lifting, 50 years in a gym

  6. I’m not a fan of wobble boards. Never used one. They interfere with the intensity of the lift.

    Looks about right.
245# with an unproven 1,200 total is an intermediate level lifter.

Don't know where everyone has trained, don't care, but I knew several 180# that benched 400, raw.

Some need to stay in their lane. Signing off of this thread, Poopy drop a deuce in another good thread.
