How about MS dumping few mil TAL shares that caused 70%. Just a guess. Yet still remains second largest stake holder ~12% (?) Why not to throw away everything. If. It's. So. Bad.
Dunno whos Bill Hwang (?) Happened during premarket. Didn't took much effort to cause that 70%. Official TAL response they have no notes/orders from CCP about becoming non profit. My bet it's as always, - big story, fear, accumulation & back to previous highs & beyond.
You know. I was thinking the same thing last March about NIO. It was around $1.50 when I thought about taking a big position. But then I thought it would go the way of luckin coffee. It certainly didn’t. Too bad I didn’t buy now, I’m having the same thoughts about DIDI. hmmm…
Tal, Didi, Gotu, RLX, Edu ....all will bounce back up. it they get crushed and stay like that for more than 1 year, then it will affect all Chinese stocks trading in US market and retail investors confidence in them end for ever
WAFU tends to move on non-fundamentals. I am not bullish yet but would be interesting to watch what it does in the near-term.
Bill Hwang lost $30 billion a few months ago starting with VIAC, DISCA which lead to liquidation of BIDU, FTCH, TME, BABA, GSX and many more. Morgan started a fire sale dumping his 20,000,000 VIAC position several banks were holding. Nomura and CS lost their asses.
