How about the big 3 autos borrow 25B from big oil

    Doesn't it make more sense for GM, Ford etc to borrow from Exxon, Conoco, etc?

    All the big3 can offer big oil is a higher CAFE than the industry average in the near future.
    This is most probably not sufficient.
