She would've done better to buy now. I mean since Obama is now giving away cash for people to buy homes with the 8,000 dollar tax credit. Doesnt matter though...with either president, YOU, the responsible savers, are going to end up paying their mortgage.
i believe that many people like this school driver did it for purpose AND they should be treated as a criminals, along with person,who give her a mortgage. think about it..she knew that she cannot afford the house from very beginning.. i bet she never even tried to make a payment... price of the house go up-she making the money on it. price goes down-she walk's away. she is poor,but not stupid. she has no assets,no savings, no income..what you going to do with her? before they throw her out there is will years of free living in the nice house, in nice neighborhood...rent free..can't beat that...those are the people US government trying to support via our taxes..do they really deserve it?
Well, ya, jeez, they are underprivileged, doesn't that automatically mean we are morally duty bound to help them? Eventually they are just going to announce that anybody that has more has to share with anybody that has less. The people that have less will have the law on their side when they move into your house and start raiding the pantry, believe it or not, that is in the plan...
