  2. all I know is that I just watch some dumb arse lady make $63k in 4weeks on Tv's new "Flip This House" on Discovery Home channel

    forget stocks... I want to flip homes baby$$$


    like she said... "it's easy money and it only took me 3 weeks to renovate and another 1 week to sell for $63k profit"


    I am wearing my "NO Fear" shirt whenever I go outside now..

  5. I wonder if anyone is wearing their "Irrational exuberance" t-shirts from 1996 after they sold out and went to cash expecting a collapse. I wonder why the Dow, S&P500 nor the Nasdaq has ever come close to touching those levels since.
