  1. the "hot" selling season in Miami continues...

    unbelievable how much inventory is coming on the market every week, and the big buildings are opening this summer..... crash might be a big understatement to what will happen in the 3rd quarter.


    miami is by far the biggest bubble in the country.

  2. ROFL. Look at where the DHI was first mentioned, way back in November of 2004 when it was in the 20's and you called it a POS. I'll go back and dig up some posts for a laugh, especially using Dominion Homes as a proxy for the housing sector. Then to make things even more interesting you said publicly traded companies are POS and that private companies are more "honorable." Just for a laugh, why not tell us what company you work for.

    TOL is a slow mover it only dropped about 50% in 5-6 months

  5. Another one mentioned in Nov of 2004 and more than doubled. I guess when people make such easy money on here, the burger flippers of the world get jealous. :D Its nice to retire before the age of 30 and watch the hacks go to work.

    november 2004 TOL on the close was about $25 doubled to $31 :D
