It's based on a questionnaire form I had developed for me by an interdepartmental task force of senior members from the psychology dep't of Johns Hopkins, mathematics dep't of Carnegie-Mellon, political science dep't of Harvard, and philosophy dep't of Stanford. Upon meeting someone new, I immediately hand them a form and refuse to speak to them until it is completed and I have the results back from my team of statistical evaluators. Takes about 6 weeks from initial contact to first conversation, but it helps weed out sycophants, the feebleminded, and door-to-door salesmen.
