There would never be an impeachment of a president who has an approval rating of 50%. It would have to be in the low 30s and even then it would be unlikely due to the fact that crimes would have to have been committed. Reader----sitting presidents cannot obstruct justice because sitting president ARE justice. They are the sole member of the executive branch and thus the chief law enforcement officer in the land. This means that they cannot obstruct themselves.

 

The New York AG and DA can charge him and both are investigating.

In Jan 2021 Trump wont be a sitting president and the new AG can charge him.

Trump only has a 50% approval rating in 1 poll,Rasmussen.Has has never had a 50% approval rating in Gallup,538 aggregate or RCP aggregate.
