This is great news if you care about Climate Change. Every person in America averages a carbon footprint of 19 tons per year, in Mexico it is 4 tons. When new people enter America and start living like an average American their carbon foot print shoots up. If you believe in Climate Change then you should want there to be less Americans....not more.
