  2. That's a really nice story and I shall take that on board immediately and start drawing lines all over the place :D

Ah.... now I see what the problem is. You're just a moron.

You're expecting to draw a line and make money without having to put any thought or effort into it. Then when someone tries to help, you find a way to turn this back onto them. When I was pissed off with it not initially working for me, I looked into why "I" couldn't make it work. I'm sure you must have had luck in other parts of your life because with this attitude, you'd probably still be stuck in pre-school, and saying this is even unfair to the kids because they have a natural inquisitive tendency and actually want to learn.

Gosh, someone with a 13 year posting history would I assume have a bit more class and not be trolling so much. Your replies here are extremely beneficial to the rest of us though so that we know not to bother wasting our time with you.

  4. I've never seen such a fuss about nothing.

look, say what you want about me I'm happy with what I'm doing so stop trying to make this about me

great you can all draw trend lines and retracements within trends and fibb extensions and so on and so forth, move on and get a life, unless you can show us you putting on every trade in a cash account, managing it, and closing the whole sequence out with great profits, I don't see any substance here and you lot shouldn't either.

I know myself that its about handling the position rather than the entry. I can get in almost randomly and use position sizing and hedging to turn a profit so all this in my opinion is overkill and to much focusing on the least important part of trading which is the initial entry.

Just get annoyed when these ridiculous threads about trend lines keep popping up!

To begin with, it was all about you as soon as you butted into something which you not only don't understand but which you admit to having no desire to understand.

And since you don't understand it, you don't know that this has nothing to do with Fibonacci.

As for the rest of your post, since you've been at this for so many years and are still struggling to break even, you're hardly in a position to criticize what anyone else is doing, much less to travel from thread to thread as some sort of itinerant guru offering advice to people who may make the mistake of thinking that you know what you're talking about.

Learn why price goes up and down (which is what this is all about). Then you might actually be in a position to contribute something sometime.

  6. Ok well instead of making personal attacks on me, prove me wrong and tell me how you manage the trade.

    what's your initial position size?

How do you manage the trade? Stop losses, scaling in, averaging in, hedging? Trailing stops?

Tell us about trade management of your method and then maybe it can be something that can be used to make money, after all that's what we are in this for

As for the "personal attacks", they are only a repetition of the facts you've provided. Taking so many years to approach break-even is not an attack but a statement of condition. If you didn't want it brought up, you perhaps should not have gone into attack mode in the first place.

As for the trading plan, again, it can be found here. If you don't want to read it, much less test it out, I can't force you to do so. But elective ignorance on your part is your choice. And, as has been said elsewhere, what you don't know may not hurt you, but it will make you act pretty stupid.

  8. Like I said, nothing in there about managing your position.

It just says buy here and sell here

you have gone of in one direction with your trading and focus on your entry and exit only which is very 2 dimensional and flat way of looking at trading.

  9. I noticed also that you don't like anyone challenging you, perhaps of fear to be made out not as clever as you and your followers think you are

Like I said, one has to read it in order to understand how to manage a position. If you don't want to, you don't have to, but nothing is gained by cluttering up a thread that is of no interest to you.
