House Down Payments Soar To 20 Year High As Banks Crack Down On New Loans

  2. Yeah, I agree. If it gets to 20%, that would be a concern.
    I wonder what it is now for no-doc loans....25% ? or more ?
     
  3. I believe no doc loans are a thing of the past sine the Frank - Dodd act. If anyone has a line on where you can get one I would be seriously interested in that info.
     
  4. that was horrible piece of legislation...should be abolished.
