Problem with looking at Israel and Sweden and other countries where the health care approach is working, in my opinion, is the size of those countries compared to the U.S. and numbers of covered people affected versus the humonguous population of the U.S. and the much higher costs. They can serve as models but I feel they are not exactly scalable to our population size and wealth disparities and geographic coverage.

 

And you don't think this is highly offensive to religious black conservative pastors in North Carolina - many of whom were at the forefront of civil rights movement.
