I am curious to gauge opinions on the issue that bad news has been priced in for a while. It seems everytime the past week or two some negative economic news or possible earnings shortcoming arises, it's is brushed off. Stocks have been trading around even the past week, even with much negative news. So my question is - has the majority of negativity already been priced in? Thanks.
I talked to a guy I know on a bond desk and he askes me "what the heck are you equity guys thinkin, our bond desk laughs at you guys, this credit problem is worse than you guys know."
I think its not over , volume has been below average for 3 or 4 days and wait until next week when financial report earnings. Just my opinion
