1 win, 2 losses for the day

First trade made 1 point. 2nd lost .75 points. 3rd lost 1.5 points.
My stop was 1217.00 on the last one.

    33% win rate,
    Avg win/Ave loss = .74
(commissions included in the avg loss)

I'm also tracking 'errors'... which are all so often entry errors, etc. But this was an error in judgement, I didn't trust my Fib lines. I'm just not that confident of my ability to place them yet. Yet if I had put my stop on trade 3 lower, actually on the fib line (don't know why I put it above it, it just seemed like to much wiggle room), it would have hit the target and not stopped out. Amazing!

This may be all I need to post:

I see just the few trade I know. Figuring out the better trades that were possible... might vary a lot with different people, and even myself over time.

Silly me... need more poker face on a winning day

YTD was loosing and put on dancing shoes? Controlled losses?
Today winning and ignore it? Who said trading is the opposite of some of the rest of life??

I pretended the market would go up again repeating yesterday...
so in haze of glory I went long at 7:33 and didn't put in a stop or tgt!
waited 3 bars and then put in a stop at BE... which it hit after a min or two.

Still think 2nd leg up is likely so reentered at 7:48 1218.5 but with
    Tgt.. 1220.5
    stop 1217.75

reguardless, I need to tighten up... think more clearly about my way of doing this.

    long 1220
    tgt.. 1221
    stop 1219.25

    out 8:05
    +1

What I"m tempted to do... since I'm ahead today is place an order with a fairlytight stop, or bring it up to BE if that works, and let it ride for as long as it goes... just cking in every 15 min or so. Thinking the market might just float up again like it has the last few days.

What kind of trading is that??
Basically I'd be cking out for the day. Better quit while I'm ahead!

, and market not floating up, so glad didn't try that strategy!
