Thoughts on Homebuilders? Len Tol Bzh Phm all set up nicely for moves higher. I am long ITB and curious about others opinions. Thanks in advance...

 

ITB is a great play, I was long at 15 and sold it at 18, Long term 5 years you will probably see impressive gains, but if you are able to grab any gains in this sector today, I would take them quickly.

 

I'd stay away from BZH myself, its been the worst performing stock in the whole group.

Thanks for your responses... I feel that the absolute worst is priced into these stocks and they are going higher. As fresh housing numbers come out and are not looking any better, these stocks shake off the news and hold or go higher. Most likely will be a bumpy ride but worthwhile IMO. Just my two cents...

 

Heard a rumor that an some Arab cash might come in and buy LEN at $25 / share.
