I think your people need to realize that you're up against an army much stronger than anything you can put together. Lick your wounds and do what the American Indians did: Realize you've been beaten, quit fighting and Israel will quit fighting back. Then peacefully salvage whatever you can. Open some casinos too, if you'd like.
look, if its true, i think thats sick, no question. and i've seen zizzz post different shades of sick stuff as well, told him he really should consult, and not just on this thread.... hap, on another hand, has no problems hitting at people's family relationships if he's got no other card to play. i don't really care and it doesn't by any measure excuse zizzz's alleged behaviour against him, but that doesn't make hap's behaviour less despicable in my view... as for you, i do think that your actions are very laudable in the instance you cite - i'd read it carefully, tried to assess based on my own experience, cross-checked with personal medical souces and sent the link to a friend in dire need a few months back, so, am happy to offer some sincere thanks here - also agree that its ok to have some fun on ET of course, as much as possible even! but doesn't have to be at the expense of every poster, particularly guys who are sincere and have a proper cause to defend - am not saying the israelis don't have one, they do have one - and are fighting against the odds an overwhelming media & military machine... just show a sense of fairness man...

Hmm, if memory serves me the American, British and Russian armies were occupying Germany at some point of time, yet no sane person doubts that they were indeed fighting back. Of course the Germans were smart enough to capitulate, sign peace treaties, move on with their lives and actually use the occupation to their advantage to build a new life and strong relationship with the occupier. That's too bad that you can't see beyond your nose with your simplistic "occupation=bad, resistance=freedom fighters" attitude. There are a couple of nuances in this case that you refuse to take into account. The occupier (Israel) was attacked first, moreover the occupier is more than willing to end the occupation in exchange for peace and security guarantees in full compliance with appropriate UN resolutions. In fact they did just that with willing partners - Egypt and Jordan. The occupied side in this conflict does not just want to end the occupation and liberate their people, they want to completely wipe out Israel and so far have not been willing to settle for anything less. Freedom, liberation and democracy are the last things these "freedom fighters" care about.

well, i understand you are annoyed / offended and why and thats what zizzz was trying to achieve but... i don't quite follow your line of reasoning... "sarcasm" and "lie" are two different things as i'm sure you know... and there's nothing below the belt by nature in using info voluntarily disclosed by a poster to attempt to make a point / question a poster's credibility... depending on the situation, at worst it can be "bad form", in which case it would generally backlash if there is no real substance to the argument made, therefore not much to worry about... now its clear there is a lot of history and not an ounce of mutual respect between you guys... but thats not the topic of this thread...
