Creating money/credit via fractional reserves plus control or advanced knowledge of the easing/tightening cycle of such reserves is as close as it gets to a Holy Grail.

I'll make this real simple: There are two ways to make money trading. Simply combine the best available trend trading system with the best available counter-trend system and you'll have your home-made version of the holy grail.
