It was never the capital of any arab or muslim entity. Even under Jordanian rule, (East) Jerusalem was not made the capital, and no arab leader came to visit it. 6. Jerusalem is mentioned over 700 times in the bible, but not once is it mentioned in the quran. 7. King David founded Jerusalem; muhmmed never set foot in it. 8. Israel does not have more human rights violations then Iran, though the hypocritical UN has made a point of chasing Israel on human rights while ignoring violations in Syria, Iran China, N. Korea, Saudi, and every other despotic country on the planet. And BTW, I live in Israel and I can confirm that it is one of the most beautiful countries on earth. and you just need to do a search to find thousands of others who think the same thing.
