This should finally get that SOB out of the Attorney General's position and hopefully into jail.

New documents obtained by CBS News show Attorney General Eric Holder was sent briefings on the controversial Fast and Furious operation as far back as July 2010. That directly contradicts his statement to Congress.

On May 3, 2011, Holder told a Judiciary Committee hearing, "I'm not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks."

    No problem, OHMS.

Looks like this is heating up with the latest discovered emails to Holder. No wonder the DOJ has been stone walling. Republicans are calling for a special prosecuter to investigate Holder.

And after his conviction hopefully they'll call for a special executioner as well.

It's getting worse for Holder. OHMS is right. He should resign or Obama will suffer along with him for the next year. Oh...wait. That's what we want.

Other documents also indicate that Holder began receiving weekly briefings on the program from the National Drug Intelligence Center "beginning, at the latest, on July 5, 2010,"...

Exactly, maybe Drudge and Fox will report it but thats about it.

There is no way Holder would initiate this gun running Op without the full knowledge and consent of the President.
